We custom make products, and the items are made to order items, we'll finish the orders first, and most orders will be delivered in 2-4 weeks after you place a order

Please note the shipping may get delay becasue bad weather or Custom control which is out of our control, and please contact us if you can't receive your order on time, and we'll help, and if the parcel get lost or it can't be delivered in 8 weeks, we'll refund or send replacement as your request. Please understand that there is some situation that we will not be able to issue refund if the parcel can't be delivered in 8 weeks

1. if you ordered a made by measure cover, the normal delivery time is more than 8 weeks.

2. if your shipping address is a PO box address and we'll have to use the service from post office, and it may take quite long time, for this situation, we'll send an email to confirm address with buyers, and you if you want to receive the parcel faster, you can send us your phsical address and we'll use faster shipping service.

3.For the delivery, we'll guarantee the parcel is shipped to the correct address as the shipping address with buyers' orders, and have delivery records from the shipping company. Please undertstand if buyer can't receive the parcel as buyer's reason, for example the Custom duty is not paid, or the address with buyer's order is incorrect, we can't issue full refund or if the lost is more than the products' price, we'll not be able to issue refund.

4. We ask for buyers' signature for order value more than $500, if you're rather to take the risk and don't want us to require the signature, please contact us, or if your order value is less than $500 but there is safety risk for your address, please contact us to require signature, but please note if you require signature, there might be additional cost.
